Exchange & Return Policy
We want you to love every Glow Stars piece. If something isn’t right, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions
- The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Please keep your order number — we’ll need it to process your request.
Exchanges
You can exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the new item has a different price, the difference will be paid or refunded.
Returns & refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 working days. Orders paid cash on delivery are refunded by wallet transfer, InstaPay or bank transfer.
Shipping costs
- Shipping for exchanges and returns is paid by the customer.
- If the item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, Glow Stars covers all shipping costs and we’ll replace it or refund you in full.
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
How to request an exchange or return
Contact us through our social media pages within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to exchange or return, and our team will arrange the pickup.

عايزينك تحبي كل قطعة من Glow Stars. لو في أي حاجة مش مناسبة، تقدري تستبدلي أو ترجعي المنتج خلال 14 يوم من استلام الأوردر.
الشروط
- المنتج يكون غير ملبوس وغير مغسول وبحالته الأصلية، بكل التيكيتات والتغليف الأصلي.
- المنتجات اللي اتلبست أو اتغسلت أو اتعدلت أو حصلها تلف بعد الاستلام مينفعش تتبدل أو ترجع.
- من فضلك احتفظي برقم الأوردر، هنحتاجه علشان ننفذ الطلب.
الاستبدال
تقدري تبدلي المنتج بمقاس أو لون تاني حسب المتاح. لو في فرق في السعر، بيتدفع أو بيترد الفرق.
الاسترجاع ورد الفلوس
بعد ما نستلم المنتج ونراجعه، بيتم رد المبلغ خلال 7 أيام عمل. الأوردرات المدفوعة كاش عند الاستلام بيتم رد مبلغها عن طريق المحفظة الإلكترونية أو InstaPay أو تحويل بنكي.
مصاريف الشحن
- مصاريف شحن الاستبدال والاسترجاع على العميل.
- لو المنتج وصل فيه عيب أو تالف أو مختلف عن اللي طلبتيه، Glow Stars بتتحمل كل مصاريف الشحن وبنستبدله أو نرد المبلغ بالكامل.
- مصاريف الشحن الأصلية مش بترجع، إلا لو الاسترجاع بسبب غلطة مننا.
